I bought this as a gift for my brother's Jack Russell Terrier and the dog loved it. My brother said she plays with it all the time.Thanks to the neighbors dog next door, Mr. Ducky didn't make it. My 2 year old Boxer loved that duck.Got this for my Cockapo’s first birthday. Yes I said a small dog one year old. He destroyed in ONE day.My new rescue is a n 80 pound Great Pyrenees and shepherd mix. He will destroy any dog toy in under an hour. I went through four in the first two days I had him, some lasting just 40 minutes. Then I found this toy in a pet store. It took him ONLY four hours to rip apart. Making progress. After a couple of weeks I bought him another. It took a week to mutilate it but it wasn’t destroyed. Now that he has settled down I bought two more and he happily carries them around. This is the ONLY dog toy that I have found that holds up well. He has chewed off the ears and arms but the tennis ball head and body defy destruction. This is a great value and most importantly, provides entertainment. I should note that I removed the squeaker from the first one as soon as he had ripped the body open. This is well constructed and was worth the price paid.Our fur baby received a different variety (Thera Pet) as a gift. She is a 5 month old 30-ish lb boxer/Lab mix. It was a HUGE hit - and surprisingly, it lasted! She likes ur so much that for Christmas we decided to purchase another and decided to go with this variety. She hasn’t put it down since we have it to her. The slim body is a nice size that allows her to easily carry. She can also get a good grip on it and runs around with it. The feet/hands have crackle in them (the other variety doesn’t) and she has become quite fond of those. A nice alternative to the squeakers. This is day two and the chicken’s appendages are still in tact! The ball in the head gives it a nice weight for playing fetch. Corderoy endures her slobber much better than the other variety. Giving it a few days and will likely order the horse and pig.We have had one of these toys through two Wire Fox Terriers. As anyone who owns these dogs, you know they are very tough on toys. Their first passion is to remove the squeaker. This toy has lasted 14 years and a small squeak still exist. I was happy and proud to find a new one and I hope it last as long as the previous one. Thank you for a virtually indestructible toy. We call it Super Chicken ?.Our 1 year old Miniature Schnauzer chews up every other toy we get him - this toy is the only one we have found for him that he does not tear up as soon as we give it to him. I do cut off the feet and tag since he will gnaw them until they fall off/he eats them. We keep a new one stashed for if/when he needs a new one.Hours of sturdy soft fun for you and your favorite fur buddy!My dog had chewed it open in the first hour and then went on to destroy it. Not worth the money.Not sure why this product is even targeted at dogs. Later 14 days.Very small, it’s somewhat durable, but I can get the same product at big retail store for almost half the price….Ok
