Overall rating gave them a 4 because it came with absolutely no instructions but I manage to figure it out, so far so good in durability and my dogs seems to like itI really like these products. I live up in the mountains and we gain snow, rain mud, and dirt and my dog loves to play in them. This bed is easy to clean and the water doesn’t soak into it. The only complaint is that they sent me the wrong color cover.This is the best quality most durable bed I’ve ever had. My dog has chewed through 4 beds. I think I found one she won’t chew. Plus, I love the bolster.Our 1yr old great dane destroyed a cheap bolster bed so we decided to purchase a k9 ballistic bed. He actually has 2 k9 ballistics bed if that goes to show how well they hold up. He has just the regular think fluffy one for his kennel and the bolster one for the living room. He's not spoiled at all lol. They are both the "tough" covering and he loves to dig at toys and his bed and likes to take his front teeth and nibble and pull on stuff like most Danes do. We use to take his kennel bed with us on our boat because it's water resistant and he's does great. It's not sitting in a self baling raft water Proof but it does amazing now we have a nicer boat he still goes out on. These beds are amazing definitely worth the investment.I ordered this bed to replace the same bed in a smaller size I ordered for my Rottweiler pup . He is now 3 years old and I have to tell you there is not one snag or rip in the cover or a dent in the cushion and he was a chewer and sleeps in this bed every night , he just out grew it . I would highly recommend this bed as it will probably last for your pets entire life . Great product k-9 don’t ever change the way you build your tuff bedsI finally got this K-9 Ballistics bed because my dogs are getting older and need some cushioning, but I'm redecorating my living room and the "dog chair " will have to go. I got a large for my two redbone coonhounds. They can both fit in it, but usually Amber sprawls out and Minnie will lie on the K9 Ballistics crate pads, which have also been great. Very well-cushioned, which I thought they would need as they grow older. I have had several crate pads and the Cujo cot, as well as the original bed, and my coonhounds have never torn or destroyed any of them. When people on Facebook complain about their dog ripping their bed to shreds and show pictures of stuffing everywhere, I always recommend K9 Ballistics! The fabric washes well and doesn't hold odors. They are a bit pricey, but they last forever. Consider it an investment; it may cost as much as 20 cheap beds, but it lasts longer and you don't have to clean up the mess or worry about a bowel obstruction from eating fiberfill.Delivery service just threw package over front gate. The box broke open but the product was not harmed. The problem with the product was there were no instructions on how to put together. It was easy to see where the pieces went but no idea of the order of putting together. The next day one of the K9 balls was thrown over fence into yard. Don't know where it had been or what happened to others.
