I purchased this life jacket about a year ago and the strap that goes across the neck/chest broke. I called the customer support # for EZDOG and a live person answered the phone. I explained that I wanted to see if I could purchase a replacement strap and was told that they didn't have parts but would send me a replacement life jacket! I recommend this company and it's products to anyone!!!
